Client Delivery Graduate Programme
You can expect to be working directly with our clients to help deliver solutions using some of the most advanced technologies on the market. You will help drive and deliver business transformation, develop industry-leading specialist skills, and help transform our clients around the world. This will include designing, building testing and deploying strategic solutions for our clients.
As a key member of project teams, you’ll work directly with our clients in a variety of roles, understanding their unique challenges and requirements, helping to formulate a plan of action and collaborating with local and global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
What you’ll learn
In Client Delivery, your passion for technology will help you understand our clients’ biggest technological requirements and help them to understand and successfully deliver complex technology solutions. You will also develop strong data literacy skills, which will allow you the ability to read, work with, analyse and communicate with data effectively.
We’ll make sure you are kept up to speed with the latest technologies, innovations and delivery methodology as well as developing new skills in business analysis, testing and project management. We’ll also train you in the best delivery practices such as DevOps, Cloud, Agile & Accenture Delivery Methods. You will also get the opportunity to gain industry certifications across various technologies and delivery methodologies. There are various roles that you can do as a Graduate, these include but are not limited to Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Programme Manager, Business Analyst and Scrum Master.

For Client Delivery, you’ll need a university degree in any discipline and a demonstrable passion for technology. You will be an excellent communicator, solution and client focussed. You will use your knowledge and experience to work directly with our clients in helping them deliver innovative and cutting-edge enterprise systems to help transform their business.
We’re also looking for you to demonstrate a passion for technology in either your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities.

Where you’ll work
You’ll apply to one of our offices in either London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Newcastle and may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK (and sometimes abroad). You’ll have a willingness to travel and be flexible to being away from home for periods of time.
