Who do we need?

We’re looking for graduates with a 2:1 or above and a real interest in developing a career within HR. You’ll also need a positive attitude, great team working and communication skills, and the drive to make a real difference.

Although you’ll primarily be based in Cardiff, you should also be willing to travel or relocate around the UK to our other locations. After submitting your CV, successful applicants will be invited to complete online competency tests, followed by a telephone interview and then, finally, an assessment centre.
