Role & Responsibilities
- Data input associated with new product addition.
- Produce associated kit protocol booklets in line with guidelines and input from wider teams.
- Carry out data updates in a timely manner with high attention to detail.
- Carry out data quality checks. This includes screening potential new product data images.
- Ensure that Abcam’s high quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- You will be educated to at least degree level (or equivalent) in a biological science with strong knowledge of MS office applications.
- You will have experience working with large datasets and have having an understanding of common antibody-based applications to screen product data quality, would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of databases such as Uniprot, NCBI and PubMed would be useful but not essential as full training will be given.
- You will have excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills to resolve internal & external product data queries in a timely manner.
- You will have the ability to prioritise and process large amounts of data in a logical and efficient manner, ensuring our customers receive accurate, up-to-date product information quickly.
