Tim is a disputes partner, assisting businesses to navigate contentious scenarios with other businesses, governments, regulators and public bodies, through both formal and informal dispute resolution mechanisms. He has previously spent time working with international NGO’s around the world and has assisted in cases including with a listed PLC in a multi-million pound high court claim.
