Welcome to WithYou, a charity dedicated to helping people experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health.

With over 80 locations across the UK, we offer a range of services including group therapy, one-to-one counselling, residential rehab and young people's services. We also offer confidential online support via our webchat. Our trained support workers are here to help you every step of the way, whether you're looking to cut back on your drinking or drug use, quit entirely, or just need some advice.

We can also assist if you're concerned about someone else's drug or alcohol use. Our mission is to deliver free, confidential support and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health.
