My People Manager and team support me in my development and provide me with guidance on new areas of my role. This helps me feel more confident and capable of doing my job effectively and enables my knowledge to grow whilst on the job.
Support is also offered through the Menzies Trainee Academy where we are given guidance on exam techniques and handling the pressures of working and studying simultaneously.
The opportunity to work with colleagues at various levels has enabled me to understand how problems can be tackled in different ways and to be commercial when providing advice.
