How to apply
To start your application, simply complete our registration form, application form and online blended assessment before the application closing date. Head over to our careers page to find out more.
Registration form
Answer questions on our registration form to check if you are eligible for the programme you wish to apply for. If you have any mitigating circumstances around your academic results, you will have a chance to include this here. You will also have the opportunity to provide information to support our contextualised recruitment approach (Rare recruitment).
Application form
If you meet the eligibility requirements for the programme you have selected, you will move onto completing our application form. Our application form will gather details on your education history and employment/work experience history. This allows us to get to know you better and understand your academic and professional experience background.
Online blended assessment
Next up is our online blended assessment, where the fun begins! This interactive assessment includes:
- Situational judgement questions
- A short written case study
- Two video questions
By using a mix of these assessment types, you will get a feel of the typical work that’s involved at Pinsent Masons and allows us to see how well you would perform in different scenarios.
In-person assessment centre
Once you have submitted all the above, our early talent team will then review your application alongside your online blended assessment. If you meet what we’re looking for then we will invite you to one of our assessment centres. Over the course of the day, you’ll engage in:
- A one-to-one interview
- A business simulation exercise
- A case study
