I was involved in deploying a new production line supporting the SPARK initiative in Bursom, where I focused on improving data consistency for the factory. I also took part in several training sessions and workshops that boosted my skills in supply chain management. One of the highlights was participating in new flavour tastings, giving me insight into product development. Additionally, I visited various sites, gaining a full understanding of the manufacturing process, from potato harvesting to final production. A standout moment was when I suggested a small change in data collection, which significantly improved report accuracy.
