Programmes are rotational, designed to give you and encompassing range of experiences to discover your strengths and interests. Equipped with those insights, you’ll be able to choose your professional path and achieve your aspirations.

What you’ll do

This two-year program is perfect for someone who is interested in a career in Finance, but wants to gain experience in all areas before deciding what to specialise in. You will rotate between teams within the Central Finance department to gain experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Control, Finance Operations and Financial Planning & Analysis. In the Financial Reporting team you will help prepare information that is used to measure the performance and balance sheet strength of Lloyd’s in order to attract more capital into the Market. In the Financial Control team you will learn key accounting concepts while preparing the financial records for the Corporation’s global activities.

In the Finance Operations team you will learn how money moves around the world, to keep both the Corporation and the Market functioning. In the Financial Planning & Analysis team you will provide strategic insight, analysis and challenge to drive better decision making and optimise financial performance. Throughout this experience you will be supported in your post-graduate study to achieve an accounting qualification (eg. ACCA, CIMA, etc).
