Diversity & Inclusion at Beazley

We aim to recruit, retain and develop people with diverse backgrounds and experiences to thrive at all levels of our business, in a truly inclusive environment.

Be yourself at Beazley

We believe we should celebrate difference

We want our employees to reflect the diverse range of backgrounds and experiences that make up the customers and communities that we serve. From the recruitment process onwards, everyone that works for us, wherever they are from or whatever point in their career they are at, has the opportunity and support to flourish in our company.

Only by measuring progress will we make it

We know that measuring our progress via a set of challenging targets and regularly analysing and checking our employee demographics is key to maintaining the diversity of thought that is central to our overall strategy and ensuring there are no hidden barriers to career progression for individuals who are part of underrepresented groups. Only with an active and goal oriented focus can we continue to ensure the Beazley team is as genuinely diverse and talented as our growth ambitions demand.

Employee Networks

We have 5 networks run for our employees, by our employees. Each network is open to everyone - those who consider themselves members of that particular group as well as their allies and has a combination of executive and senior sponsors. Our networks play an important role in ensuring that colleagues right across the company and in all different territories, functions and levels of responsibility feel they have clear channels through which their voice can be hear and they can get involved in tackling some of the complex issues that will help us to create a more equal and inclusive culture.
