What stood out to you about Accenture before securing your role?

I was really impressed by the scale of Accenture, the breadth of the industries they operate in and the calibre of clients that they work with. I was really excited by the opportunity to work in such an innovative work environment with talented people, helping clients solve complex business challenges and really making a difference. I also loved the idea that as an analyst I would be able to try out various industries and functions – because let’s face it we don’t all know exactly what we want to do!

How did you show you have a passion for Accenture at the interview?

I did my research and demonstrated my passion for Accenture by showcasing my in-depth knowledge of the company's values, mission, and recent projects. I also shared examples of how my skills and experiences aligned with Accenture's goals and challenges, highlighting my eagerness to be a part of the team. The key for me is all about the preparation – if you don’t prepare, prepare to fail.

What opportunities do Accenture offer?

Accenture offers a wide range of opportunities for career development and growth. These opportunities include working on cutting-edge projects with industry-leading clients, access to extensive training and development programs, and the chance to work in diverse and highly talented teams – the opportunities are endless, you’ve got to just go and take them.

What has been your working ‘highlight’ thus far?

I’ve been lucky enough to work with some incredibly talented colleagues and leaders from across the business on innovative projects for some really cool, market-leading clients (once you’ve joined I’ll be able to tell you all about them!). I’ve developed expertise in digital strategy and have had the chance to attend events and speak onstage to share insights in my field which is always an amazing (but slightly terrifying) experience.
