Do you have a passion for how Technology can revolutionise business? If you're analytical, commercial and ambitious, then a Graduate Analyst role at Accenture could be perfect for you. We've pulled together five reasons why you might want to consider this super opportunity.

1. A fast pace of work in a dynamic industry

Accenture work with the latest technologies and big-name companies. Technology is the bedrock to so much business success today, and as an Analyst you will be right at the centre of developments.

You'll learn about the technical elements of this work, and how to implement and deploy some globally renowned software systems. It doesn’t stop there: you will also be analysing client process, people and systems, and reviewing how these work together to establish and deliver a solution that enables the client to succeed. In doing so, you will be working alongside talented people and gaining new and innovative perspectives.

2. Progression

Consulting is a pace-based career path, meaning that within this industry you must progress upwards through various career levels within particular time periods. Starting at graduate level as an Analyst provides you with the possibility to progress to Consultant level with 2-3 years.

Beyond that, there are opportunities as Manager, Senior Manager and Senior Executive. As you grow and progress, you will be suitably rewarded. Your readiness to progress through these levels will be reviewed based on performance, contribution, capability and business need.

From the offset, you will be given intensive skills training covering programming and Accenture consulting methodologies. In your first six months you will have received all the training you need to succeed, but beyond that, development will be continuous and intense.

4. Brilliant rewards and benefits

With such extensive and intensive training, it’s only right that you will be suitably rewarded. Accenture offer a wide variety of benefits to employees, including a competitive starting salary, a generous holiday allowance, personal laptop, AMEX card, great pension scheme, subsidised gym membership, private healthcare and travel and hotel discounts to name but a few. Accenture understand that your earnings and benefits impact on your quality of life, and they want to ensure that suitable rewards are offered in order to attract and retain the best people.

5. The chance to watch your solutions become a reality

You will be working alongside clients to design, develop, test and deliver strategic solutions. You will gain practical, hands-on experience at the centre of the team, ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle.

This understanding will enable the satisfaction of seeing solutions and ideas become a reality.  You will consistently be working with cutting-edge technologies and talented people to implement a solution that meets the needs of your client.
