Our popular 'How to...' event series, continues online this week with: How to get into Banking and Asset Management, on Thursday 14th May 3:30-5pm.

About the event

Our How to get into Banking and Asset Management events are some of our most popular, and aim to give you the insights you need to help you with your applications to insight days, internships and graduate roles. We'll be hearing from Bright Network alumni who have roles at world-leading firms, to give you the inside scoop on the application process, and life working within top companies.

You'll also have access to an Introduction to the Asset Management sector delivered by Bright Network member and man 'who went from East London to The City' Reggie Nelson, as well as an update on how the sector is responding to the COVID-19 situation, from our very own Ben Triggs. 

Agenda:

  • 3:30-3:45: Welcome and insights into how the sector is responding to COVID-19
  • 3:45-4:15: Introduction to the asset management sector by Reggie Nelson
  • 4:15-5:00: Alumni panel session, including members from Legal and General Investment Management, St James's Place Wealth Management and more.

This event is fantastic opportunity to learn about a career in banking, as well as a chance to build your network with like minded peers who are interested in a similar profession.
