To round out our Spring event season, a selection of top employers from a range of sectors will be leading skill-building sessions and panel discussions for undergraduate students who identify as neurodiverse. Whether you have a diagnosis or not, this brand new event is open to any undergraduates who are looking for advice on how to navigate the workplace as a member of the neurodivergent community.
Representatives from Amazon, Ashurst, AstraZeneca and Publicis Groupe will be sharing their top tips for excelling in the application process and workplace. They'll also be sharing exclusive information about their latest graduate and intern opportunities. For example, Amazon's new graduate programme that's only open to neurodiverse candidates.

Undergraduate students from any degree background
Undergraduate students graduating in 2024, 2025, 2026 (or 2027 if on a four-year course)
Undergraduate students who identify as neurodiverse (please note this can be self-identified if you haven't had an official diagnosis)

Welcome and keynote talk
This session involves logging onto the Zoom Event and listening to the welcome session and keynote talk from Amazon.
Break
10 minute break to digest what you heard in the keynote talk.
Panel: Making neurodiversity your superpower
This session will be led by the employer representatives. You'll be able to listen to the session and add any comments and questions in the chat.
Break
5 minute break to digest what you heard in the panel discussion and think of any questions to ask the representatives.
Panel session Q&A
This is your opportunity to ask any questions to the panellists. You will not be required to join on camera. Questions will be asked via the chat box function on Zoom Events.
Break
10 minute break to step away from your screen before the final session.
Skills session
30-minute skill-building session led by Amazon. In this session you can listen, take notes and add any questions or comments in the chat box function on Zoom Events.
Wrap up
The final 15 minutes of the event will be a short wrap up led by the Bright Network host. They will quickly conclude the event and thank you for attending. The event may end slightly before 2pm.
