What people say about this event
Overall I found the experience extremely enriching. Hearing from the early recruiters and panellists was extremely inspiring and I have found myself largely motivated after the event. Seeing those from similar backgrounds overcome discrimination and reach such prominent positions has demonstrated to me how far I would be able to go in my own career.
This event has really helped me gain confidence in my self when it comes to my applications. It is ok to be rejected but that should not stop me from applying to jobs that may be out of my comfort zone.
This experience was extremely helpful. I have learnt the importance of being commercially aware, resilient and to always take opportunities as it could lead to greater ones.
