About the role

Fiserv's Corporate Graduate Programme is a developmental initiative for early-career professionals, involving two one-year assignments in essential functional roles within the company. These assignments are designed to complement each other, providing a unique and comprehensive experience in the business world—tailored to each individual. We seek university graduates who exhibit drive, enthusiasm, and evolving career ambitions. The program aims to cultivate the best and brightest talents, forming a foundational pool of exceptional individuals for key functional roles throughout the organization.

As a participant in the Corporate Graduate Programme, you will engage in challenging projects with the potential for a significant impact on the business. This hands-on experience will not only contribute to the FinTech industry but also enhance the skills necessary for leadership. The program offers a structured training curriculum, mentoring, on-the-job learning, and exposure to senior leadership. Successful completion of the two-year program opens avenues for advancement within our company.

  • Job Title: Technical Quality Assurance Graduate
  • Start date: 1st July 2024
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)
  • Location: Basildon, Essex (office based)
  • Salary: £32,000 + attractive sign on bonus

What does a successful Technical Quality Assurancedo?

  • Develop and maintain scalable, configurable, and robust enterprise-level test automation frameworks for the IPP.
  • Collaborate with testing and development teams to troubleshoot issues arising from automation test runs.
  • Ensure standardisation in automation practices across different teams.
  • Ensure compatibility of testing libraries across varying degrees of automation complexity.

What you will do

  • Work with developers, analysts, and tech leads to identify appropriate test automation solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for test automation, including user guides and other related documents.
  • Provide guidance and support to the testing community, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

What you will need to have

  • Be a 2024 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Be able to commute to Basildon, Essex 4 days a week
