RCK Partners is a consultancy specialising in innovation funding and tax relief. Since incorporation in 2020 we have quickly risen to market leading prominence and now firmly sit within the top providers in the industry.

One of the key driving forces to get us to this point is our unique self-regulation approach, with each claim we submit to HMRC being reviewed by our independent, in-house compliance and review team. Our impact on the industry has gained recognition from the likes of former Chancellor, Philip Hammond, who now sits on our board of advisors, and numerous Tax Award nominations.

Based in the City of London we currently occupy two floors of Forum House with our growing staff, in excess of 90 people. We are looking to expand beyond our traditional approach of hiring experienced professionals, and are now opening our doors for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our expanding business. As a fast-growing company, this offers a unique opportunity for exceptional graduates to come and join us on a 12-month graduate scheme.

We will offer you the chance to work with several departments across the business during the scheme, giving you the perfect opportunity to learn about all different sectors, hone your craft and identify your area of passion.

Furthermore, for successful graduates of the scheme, we will be able to offer you a permanent role within the business. From this point, we look to rapidly progress our employees if they are excelling in their role. You can even ask one of our first graduates, who is now a Partner of the business!
